Discount code terms and conditions
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules and conditions for using discount codes in the online store operating at natuscape.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Store”).
1.2. The owner and administrator of the Store is Natuscape with its registered office at ul. Wojsławska 63A, 39-300 Mielec, e-mail address: sklep@natuscape.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1.3. The use of discount codes is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. Definitions
2.1. Discount code – a string of alphanumeric characters which, when entered in the appropriate field during the ordering process, entitles you to a specific discount on purchases in the Store.
2.2. Discount – a reduction on products offered in the Store, expressed as a percentage or amount in Polish zlotys.
2.3. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the services of the Store.
3. Types of discount codes
3.1. The following types of discount codes may be available in the Store:
a) Percentage codes – reducing the price of products by a specified percentage;
b) Amount codes – reducing the price of products by a specified amount;
c) Free delivery codes – eliminating delivery costs;
d) Codes for specific products – applicable only to selected products or product categories.
4. Rules for using discount codes
4.1. To use the discount code, the Customer should enter the code in the “Discount code” or ‘Coupon’ field when placing an order and click the “Apply coupon” button.
4.2. The discount code must be entered before paying for the order.
4.3. Once the discount code has been correctly entered and accepted, the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the order value.
4.4. The discount code can only be used in the natuscape.pl online store.
5. Validity and restrictions of discount codes
5.1. Each discount code has a specific expiration date, after which it can no longer be used.
5.2. The discount code may have restrictions regarding: a) minimum order value; b) categories or specific products to which it applies; c) number of possible uses in total or by a single Customer; d) possibility of combining with other promotions.
5.3. The specific restrictions applicable to a given discount code are always indicated in the promotion description or in the correspondence in which the discount code was provided.
5.4. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.
6. Combining discount codes
6.1. Unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion, discount codes cannot be combined – only one discount code can be used per order.
6.2. The seller reserves the right to specify in the terms and conditions of a given promotion whether the discount code can be combined with other current promotions in the Store.
7. Returns and complaints
7.1. In the event of returning a product purchased using a discount code, the Customer will be refunded the actual price paid (after taking the discount into account).
7.2. In the case of a partial refund of an order in which a discount code was used, the method of settlement shall be determined by the Seller, based on the nature of the discount granted and the principle of proportionality.
7.3. Complaints regarding discount codes should be submitted electronically to sklep@natuscape.pl.
8. Abuse and prohibited activities
8.1. It is prohibited to: a) resell discount codes; b) share discount codes in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion; c) use discount codes in a manner contrary to the law, good manners, or the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. If it is determined that the Customer has committed the actions referred to in point 8.1, the Seller has the right to cancel the order, invalidate the discount code used, or take other measures provided for by law.
9. Modification of promotion terms and conditions
9.1. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, extend or shorten its duration, or even cancel it entirely, without giving any reason.
9.2. The changes referred to in point 9.1 may not infringe upon the rights acquired by Customers who used discount codes prior to the introduction of the changes.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The regulations come into force on August 16, 2025.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall become effective upon their publication on the Store’s website.
10.3. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions and the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
10.4. Any disputes arising from the use of discount codes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
11. NatuLojal Loyalty Program
11.1. General provisions of the loyalty program
11.1.1. The NatuLojal loyalty program consists of two complementary customer reward systems: the Temporary Discount System and the NatuCoins System.
11.1.2. Participation in the loyalty program is available to all Store Customers.
11.1.3. Each customer can view their discount history and the number of NatuCoins they have accumulated in their customer panel.
11.1.4. The seller provides an administration panel for managing discounts and tracking transactions using a9> using NatuCoins.
11.2. Temporary Discount System
11.2.1. The Time Discount System grants percentage discounts on the entire product range based on the cumulative value of purchases made by the Customer.
11.2.2. Discounts are granted according to the following thresholds: a) 1% discount on cumulative purchases of PLN 1,000; b) 6% discount on cumulative purchases of PLN 5,000; c) 12% discount on cumulative purchases of PLN 10,000.
11.2.3. Each discount is valid for one year from the date it is granted.
11.2.4. The seller reserves the right to modify thresholds and discount amounts in the Temporary Discount System via the administration panel.
11.3. NatuCoins system
11.3.1. NatuCoins are points loyalty awarded to Customers for purchases made in the Store.
11.3.2. Rules for calculating NatuCoins: a) For every PLN 100 spent in the Store, the Customer receives 1 NatuCoin; b) The value of 1 NatuCoin corresponds to PLN 1; c) NatuCoins are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
11.3.3. Possible uses of NatuCoins: a) Reduction in the price of regular products (not subject to other promotions, sales, or marked as outlet items); b) Exchange for free products from specific categories, which may be changed by the Seller in the administration panel (including aquarium plants, Natuscape brand products, gadgets, T-shirts with logos).
11.3.4. Rules for exchanging NatuCoins for free products: a) The value of the required NatuCoins corresponds to the regular price of the product (e.g. a product with a value of 50 PLN requires 50 NatuCoins); b) When exchanging NatuCoins for a product, the Customer pays a symbolic a24> fee in the amount of PLN 0.01 for system and invoicing purposes.
11.4. Combining loyalty programs
11.4.1. The customer may simultaneously use the discount granted under the Temporary Discount System and NatuCoins.
11.4.2. Example: After purchasing a product for PLN 1,000, the customer receives a 1% discount on the entire range and 10 NatuCoins worth PLN 10 to use on future purchases.
11.5. Additional provisions regarding the loyalty program
11.5.1. The seller reserves the right to change the rules of the loyalty program, suspend it, or terminate it after informing customers in advance.
11.5.2. Changes to the program loyalty may not violate the rights acquired a8> by Customers before the introduction of changes.
