You select what your aquarium needs – from cleaning to diagnostics or a comprehensive tank restart. Based on your answers, the system will suggest the ideal service package.

You receive a customized package

Every registered customer automatically participates in the loyalty program and can collect points.

You provide the details and the date

Enter your details, the location of the aquarium, and your preferred date. You can also add comments or questions—we will adapt to your needs.

We confirm and we’re coming.

You will receive confirmation of your appointment and contact details for the specialist. On the agreed date, we will arrive fully equipped to take care of your tank from A to Z.

Zone access

We offer aquarium services with travel to the customer – within the city and surrounding areas. Our specialists arrive on site with all the necessary equipment, so they are ready for any eventuality.

Instructions for preparing for the visit

  1. Provide easy access to the aquarium from the front and top.
  2. Unplug any electrical devices that may be in the way (external lights, covers).
  3. Prepare buckets or containers for water (if you have them).
  4. If possible, prepare the water for replacement in advance (let it stand, treat it).
  5. Protect the area around the aquarium from possible splashes.
  6. Prepare a list of questions or concerns you would like to discuss with the service technician.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping and order fulfillment for plants and animals takes place from Monday to Wednesday until 11:00 a.m. Orders placed on other days of the week will be processed the following week. For other products, shipping and order fulfillment take place from Monday to Thursday until 11:00 a.m. to ensure delivery within the same week. We do not ship animals via parcel lockers!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

What should I do if the package arrived damaged?
